How to Complete KYC Verification and Apply for Rewards

In this article, we will explain step by step how to complete the KYC verification—required for obtaining a Pro Account—and how to apply for receiving rewards.

[1] About KYC Verification
To obtain a Pro Account and receive rewards, you must submit your KYC documents through the dashboard. Below we explain the procedure in three steps.
Previously, we required two documents for KYC verification — an identity verification document and a proof of address. However, it is now possible to complete KYC verification by submitting only an identity verification document.
Step 1: Log in to the dashboard
Log in to your dashboard, click on the “KYC” section, then click “GET YOUR VERIFICATION NOW.”

Step 2: Change language and start verification
On the next screen, click the globe icon in the top right corner to select your preferred language.
Click “Continue” to begin verification, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 3: Verification completed
Once verification is complete, you will see the confirmation screen.
You may close the dashboard at this point.
Please note: it may take some time for the KYC status to be reflected in your dashboard.
That completes KYC verification.
After confirming your KYC, we will send you the Pro Trader Agreement & Commitment by email, so please review and complete it.

For corporate contracts
If you wish to sign under a corporate name, please first complete KYC verification. Then send us a copy of your company’s Certificate of Registered Matters (issued within the last 3 months) by email, attaching an image file, to Fundora Customer Support.

[2] About Reward Application
You can apply to receive rewards directly from your dashboard.
The procedure is explained below in three steps.
Step 1: Log in to the dashboard
Log in to the dashboard, click on the “Rewards” section.
Step 2: Check the Scheduled Reward Payout Date
After navigating to the Rewards page, you can check the scheduled reward payout date under “Next Withdrawal.”
If the reward conditions are met, the reward payout application will be processed automatically once the scheduled date and time arrive.
Please note: Any open positions at the scheduled reward payout time will be forcibly closed.

Step 3: Register your bank account
Once your reward payout application has been completed, you will receive an email with the following subject line:
【Fundora】報酬お支払い申請受付のお知らせ / 【Fundora】Reward Payout Request Received
After completing your reward application, you will receive an email with the subject line shown below.
Please use the “Reward Application Form” link in the email to register the bank account where you would like to receive your rewards.
That completes the reward application process.

Reward Payout Schedule
Once you submit the Reward Application Form and your account passes review by our Risk Team, payments are generally processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Depending on your trading activity, the actual payout date may vary slightly from the standard timeframe above.
