Notice: Suspension of Price Feeds and Trading for Certain Instruments
Share
Dear Customers,
Thank you for your continued use of Fundora.
To ensure fairness and transparency in your trading environment, and due to the current situation regarding trading and price feeds at CME (Chicago Mercantile Exchange), we will temporarily suspend the provision of the following instruments. *This applies to both new orders and closing trades.
■ Instruments for Which Price Feeds & Trading Are Suspended
- USTEC
- US500
- US30
- WTI
- XPTUSD
- XPDUSD
- JP225
These instruments cannot be traded because prices are not updating.
■ Background
This issue is caused by instability in trading and price distribution at CME, one of the world’s largest futures and options exchanges.
Due to disruptions occurring on the CME side, our liquidity partners are having difficulty:
・Providing normal price feeds
・Securing sufficient liquidity
This has resulted in broader impacts across brokers and liquidity providers industry-wide.
To protect the fairness and transparency of your trading environment, Fundora has suspended the affected instruments.
■ For Customers Using Other Products
Instruments other than those listed above remain available, but the following effects may occur:
- Price feed delays
- Temporary spread widening
- Irregular price movements
- Slippage due to increased volatility
We strongly recommend exercising caution and avoiding unnecessarily large positions.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please understand that this situation is unavoidable due to the conditions at the market’s data provider.
Please note that because this incident is market-driven, it is not eligible for compensation.
If you have any questions,
please feel free to contact Fundora Customer Support (support@fundora-trading.com).
