Update Regarding Professional Trader Contracts Under Corporate Names
Thank you for always using Fundora.
We are pleased to announce that customers who have passed Fundora's evaluation process, the "Challenge Phase," can now enter into a professional trader contract under a **corporate name**.
Regarding Corporate Name Contracts
[Regarding the Name on the Professional Trader Contract]
Fundora's principle is that "the name during the Challenge Phase examination and the name on the professional trader contract must be the same."
This "matching of names" refers strictly to the person (or representative) being substantially the same individual.
For example, if you registered under your personal name "Taro Yamada" during the Challenge examination,
a corporate contract is possible without issue if the corporation's representative name matches, such as "TradeLink Co., Ltd. (Representative: Taro Yamada)" at the time of the professional trader contract.
The key point is that the substantial responsible party does not change.
[OK Example]
Challenge: Taro Yamada (Individual)
Pro Contract: 〇〇 Corporation (Representative Director: Taro Yamada)
[NG Example]
Challenge: Taro Yamada
Pro Contract: △△ Corporation (Representative Director: Hanako Sato)
Those who wish to contract under a corporate name can also proceed with confidence.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact our customer support.
Notes
- Name Change Not Possible If the name during the examination and the name on the contract differ, a professional trader contract under a corporate name is not possible.
We will continue to make efforts to provide better services and the optimal trading environment in the future. We appreciate your continued support for Fundora.
